About Northampton

Northampton is the Grande Dame of the Gosling Corridor, and it has been my home for almost 20 years. The tax rate is 2.8851%. The Homeowners Association is managed by Chapparal Management (281-537-0957) and charges a mandatory HOA fee of $385 annually. One cool thing about Northampton besides the low HOA fee is the  option of purchasing a rec card to use the Olympic sized swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, and fitness centers. Northampton is home to Willowcreek Golf Course offering camaraderie and fun with championship golf, casual and upscale dining and a dynamic calendar of events for every member of the family. Also in the neighborhood is The Grand Sports Club (thegrandsportsclub.com), a family friendly sports club, created to enjoy sports and activities within state-of-the-art facilities, in a unique environment. Youngsters may enjoy any one of three playgrounds located near the Northcrest Park and the Inway Recreation Complex. Included is a large open area, great for playing Frisbee or kicking a soccer ball.

Whether you like to play only with a friend or with multiple friends on a tennis league, the Northampton Tennis Center is a wonderful place to enjoy your sport. The courts feature six lighted tennis courts with gazebo and covered pavilion, with outdoor kitchen and restrooms.

The Northcrest Swimming Pool, located at the Northcrest Recreation Complex, is a lifeguard staffed, heated, twenty five yard, 200 thousand gallon swimming pool with a diving board. There are two pavilions overlooking the pool deck and a nearby picnic and playground.
