Here are just a few of the statistics:
- Home sales are at a record dollar value
- The median price of a single-family home rose 8.9% from a year ago.
- At $17.7 billion total dollar volume for the year, 2013 has already surpassed 2007’s record-setting total dollar volume of $16.6 billion.
