A few days ago, I went to a client’s home to double-check that it was ready to show to some prospective buyers. The house was in perfect order (as I knew it would be) except toys were spread out all over the bed in their son’s room. This wasn’t the first time the house had been shown, and I was really surprised that he would have left his room like that. That is until I saw the sign! “Toy Sale!”
Cody is just a kid, but he knew a market opportunity when he saw one. This kid is going to go FAR! Yay for capitalism!
